Automated Finishing Technology (AFT) in an effort to continually improve on our production capabilities has recently brought on line a high volume Zinc Phosphate Plating Line.  We offer both rack and bulk barrel-plating processes. Our standard plating processes meet the major industry process specifications and we can meet most private standards.

Phosphate Coating

Our Zinc Phosphate coatings exceed the American Petroleum Institute specifications for coating weight, yet maintain a fine crystal structure that can hold oils and withstand handling.  This ability to hold oils provides excellent anti-corrosion properties that make our coating especially suitable for the harsh environments found in the oil field industry, and anti-galling characteristics that are desirable on threaded products.  It also has many applications in automotive and other industries because of its corrosion protection and ability to hold lubricants. This coating is also an excellent paint base.

• 6 - 500 pound rated barrels, enable fast turnaround of your requirements for high volume barrel plated parts
• 4,000 pound overhead semi-automatic electric hoist allow us to handle most of your very heavy parts.
